“Perfect accommodation to enjoy the beauty and activities around Berchtesgaden.”
Our room (up 2 flights) had a large, opening window with the most wonderful view of the area's highest mountain (the Watzmann) and I spent many hours gazing out there. The room is large and airy, lined everywhere with pine. Comfy bed, fan, small kitchen which we used for dinner most nights. Fabulous, stylish bathroom just for us. Loved it.

“A breathtaking apartment”
We absolutely loved our stay at Watzmann. The window mountain views and location were breathtaking. Berchtesgaden was our favourite town we have ever been to. We were welcomed to the apartment with open arms, shown where everything was, and were given advice on local visits we wanted to do. We knew she would have been right there for us should we have needed anything. The apartment was extremely clean and we wished we could have stayed for longer.

Everything was perfect! Stunning view when you sit by the window. Very good appartment. Marlies is the best! She brought me to konigssee because of my heavy bag and the weather. Would definitely recommend and come back! ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing view from the room of the mountains. Very clean, lovely host who did her best even though we spoke very little German. 3/4 restaurants all within walking distance. Amazing stay

Everything. A beautiful house with a wonderful panoramic view. Marlies is a great host, very smiley! We appreciate attention to details, such as dishes. Bathroom has been renovated and it was very cleaned.

The apartment is cozy, but at the same time very modernly designed place. The view from the windows is breathtaking. I really enjoyed the evening walks in the neighborhood and to Berchtesgaden. We received a warm welcome from our host, she even left us welcome drinks and chocolate. Thank you for that :)
