From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the smiling reception team. We experienced nothing but professionalism, such a delight. The team were polite, professional and caring, and we experienced this in every department. Obviously a well run Hotel. We had three meals in the restaurant… lunch, dinner and breakfast. All professionally served and the food was excellent. The buffet breakfast had everything you could ask for … even an Italian espresso coffee machine ! My wife and I have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, and it was such a pleasure to be served by a team who obviously enjoyed their jobs and we’re proud to be in the industry too! Well done guys… you smashed it! Without hesitation, we would return and recommend your hotel to our friends and family Many thanks kind regards, Matt and Jules

“Good stay”
We booked deluxe family room and it was spacious enough for 3 of us. Location was good ,at the heart of the city. Nepali thali was awesome. Me and my sibling enjoyed the food. Breakfast was tasty with millet pancake which is odd but very good taste...restaurant staffs were very accomodating
