Royal SPA Residence enjoys a wonderful location in the spa town of Birstonas, surrounded by pine forests on the picturesque banks of the Nemunas River. The property offers comfortable and quiet rooms and apartments. The residence features a health centre and spa with a swimming pool, hot tubs and saunas. A steam bath and a luxurious hammam, where a range of massages and salt treatments can be enjoyed. There is also a relaxation room with an aquarium. For active guests there is a gym, a ping pong table and billiards. Some of the rooms at Royal SPA Residence have been adapted for disabled and blind guests. Most of them offer free WiFi. The high-quality “Royal” mineral water comes from a source in the Royal SPA Residence's garden. The spacious and cosy restaurant serves international cuisine and traditional Lithuanian specialities. It offers magnificent views of the pine forest and has a winter garden. Its interiors are decorated with antique details. The cosy bar serves snacks and hot and cold drinks. In the property there is a cinema and a concert hall, a seminar and conference centre and a library.

“Nice place though needs renovation”
Very nice staff. Great breakfast with loads of options to choose from. Amazing location! Playroom for kids. Activities like table tennis. Room had a kitchen with electric stove (though no utensils for that matter)

“A very nice Spa Hotel. Treatment and meals were great let down by a few Niggles here & there.”
Breakfast and evening meals were plentiful and with a wide variety of options. The Spa Services e.g. Massages & Beauty treatments situated in the Basement , were done by Professionals and although expensive , were of a High Standard. Bathrooms had Decent showers but towels had to stay damp for 3 days until changed , and the Heated Towel Rail in our room was not connected to an electricity supply , so couldn't be switched on the dry the towels. Also in the Basement there was a really nice swimming Pool and two circular Jacuzzi baths , but the latter were usually inundated with small children , so availability was somewhat limited. There was also a very hot Sauna. Free Tea & Coffee machines were available for breakfast , but strangely not switched on at Lunch times or for the Evening meal. Instead a Large water jug with a Tap was provided. I have to say that Most Hotel Staff were very helpful with General queries and spoke English well.

“Overall the experience was fine.”
The hotel was well decorated with Christmas decorations. The SPA area was fine, and breakfast was good with plenty of choices of food to select from. The room itself was very spacious.
