“Best stay in Iceland!”

Everything! Full kitchen, clean rooms, private hot tub, wonderful surroundings, beautiful views, horses! Absolutely quiet in the evening and at night!

“Beautiful vacation in a family environment! 🤩”

The little house is decent for families and we had everything we needed, up to our own washing machine, if needed. The hot tub is such a beautiful plus that we used it several times to relax whenever we wanted. The hosts are both very friendly, gave a lot of hints and where honestly interested in our wellbeing. “Peace and quiet”

Hot tub was just awesome! We had a bad luck with the weather, so it made our evenings. The house was spacious for three of us and we had a lot of privacy in spite of the fact that the hosts lived in the house nearby. Bente was a very nice, kind and ready to help. The surroundings are calm and quiet, also relatively close to some spots like Golden Circle and Landmannalaugar. We had a wonderful time in Birkikinn and in beautiful and unique Iceland. Thank you!

“A Fabulous Place To Stay!”

We loved staying here for 6 nights. Great value and location to explore the area and see lots of wonderful sights. The hot tub was so lovely at the end of the day as well. Everything was so perfect thank you!

“Comfortable, spacious and homely. Better than the photos!”

Very comfortable bed and great living space. Felt like a very homely cottage, with an attic area as well. The hot tub was a great addition to our trip. The kitchen was well stocked, the host was friendly and even supplied us with some cooking oil as we had forgotten to buy some. Very comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming. I think the pictures don't do it justice; it's bigger than it looks.

I was immersed in nature and peace, the real Icelandic countryside, animals included. I had all I needed for my stay and enjoyed overnighting in a tiny house just for me. The location was perfect in order to have the right flexibility to drive to Golden Circle and Highlands based on the weather of the day. The owner welcomed me personally the day after my arrival and made sure that I was having a comfortable stay.

The whole accommodation is so awesome and I was upset that i booked it for one night only. They have hot tub as well.

Great Location, isolated but serene. Need a car/motorbike to reach here. Clean skies, and picturesque meadows/farmlands. Have a nice garden to the backyard with a Hot Tub. Well located to get to some amazing spots in the golden circle!

“Offside and yet central”

Very cosy little house with everything you need! The house is far away from others, but still close to all the spots to explore in the south of Iceland. Insider tip: directly from the accommodation there is stanning nature for long hikes.
