I booked this hotel mainly because the location was convenient for me. After booking and paying, I started reading reviews and honestly expected the worst because many people described it very negatively. However, after arriving and checking in, I really don't understand why the reviews were so bad. This is an authentic hotel with a unique Maltese atmosphere. The room was small, but it had everything needed: a shower, bed, iron, hairdryer, and even a small balcony. The interior is very traditional and authentic, with Maltese limestone walls and stone details that create a beautiful local character. There is also a rooftop swimming pool. It is small, and we did not use it because we spent our time swimming in the sea, but it is still a nice feature. The hotel also has a kitchen equipped with everything necessary if you need to cook something. I had a few minor concerns regarding cleanliness in the bathroom, but overall my experience was positive. I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5.

The house is beautiful, the room was clean, it's great to have a fridge in the room, the balcony was tiny but more than big enough for me to sit comfortably. The shower was super both temperature and pressure. The rooftop terrace is lovely. As is the communal kitchen. Great communication from the host

Style of building, terrace, balcony and location were all great. The area is gorgeous and the building is so typical of the 3 Cities style.

The bed was comfortable, the shower in the room warm and it had a nice mediaval knights chamber charm with modern comfort. The little fridge and the watercooker allowed for a quick breakfast in the room so I only later realized that there is a whole kitchen above. Speaking from above the rooftop terrace was nice or lunch even though it was November. Unfortunately the rooftop pool wasn't active anymore but would have been to cold for that anyway but i guess it would be nice in summer.

The location was perfect, tucked away a couple of minutes from a little square with cafes and restaurants. The ferry over to Valletta was only a 15 minute stroll away. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. We couldn't have wished for a better apartment and location.

While we are chilling with my girlfriend in a romantic situation in 11 o’clock the owner disturbed us , knocking the door.

Great value for money, with a cozy, clean room and an excellent location. The shared kitchen and rooftop terrace are perfect for enjoying a sunny breakfast. Afterwards, you can take the ferry to Valletta or hop on public transport to explore the rest of Malta.

Near to Birgu main square, quiet but historical area. Prices are moderate in the oldtown, without overturism. From the bay there is option to find boat to Valletta. ... And good bus connections from the fortress gate. Recommended restaurant is d'Centre. The room has nice decorations, and the building is really romantic inside-outside. Very helpfull owner is avaiable via whatsapp. You can leave your bag after check out till You leave Malta. Good wifi. Well equipped room.
