“A Perfect Stay at Villa Astoria – Truly Felt Like Home”
My entire experience at Villa Astoria was absolutely perfect – I genuinely have nothing negative to say. From the moment I arrived, it felt like coming home. The owners, Vinko and Anamaria, have a warm, relaxed, and welcoming approach that immediately puts you at ease. Their hospitality is genuine, and their attention to each guest's needs makes the experience feel truly personalized. The property and apartments are modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean – exactly as shown in the photos, if not better in person. Everything is thoughtfully designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is also ideal: the beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and a small convenience store is only 150 meters from the property, making it easy to pick up anything you might need. Anamaria and her kitchen team deserve a special mention. The food at the restaurant is excellent – fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Their service is warm and attentive, with a fine-dining touch that elevates the entire culinary experience. There's also ample parking space, which is a great bonus. All in all, Villa Astoria is a gem. Whether you're looking to relax, explore, enjoy the sea or simply enjoy great food and hospitality, this place offers it all. I'll definitely return!

“Very luxurious and modern”
The bed was super comfortable and the view was amazing. We especially loved the mini gallery inside the apartment. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Definitely exceeded our ecpectations.

We liked everything. The accommodation was new, clean, comfortable with all that we needed. We especially liked the terase on the top, where we had breakfast and spend hours chilling at evening. The owner is very nice and always supportive. We're looking forward to come bank again.

“Communication problem...”
Room and facilities without fault. Unfortunately, we forgot personal items in the room. Despite the telephone promise of the staff, the items were not sent to the address we entered, even after e-mail communication. And this despite the fact that we bear all the costs of redelivery....🤔🙂

“Great”
The apartment is located in a quiet environment, next to the Park Soline campsite, approx. 10 minutes away, but the city center is not much further. The accommodation is well-equipped, modern, the bed was very comfortable, our balcony looked towards the sea, maybe only a mosquito net was missing. Our WiFi was also quite fast. The host is very nice, and we also received a small gift from him when we said goodbye. Parking is possible in front of the apartment. Next to the apartment there is also a very sophisticated restaurant, with fantastically delicious and eye-catching food, and the chocolate lava cake eaten as dessert was a real masterpiece, we have never eaten such a delicacy, we thank the chef once again, so both the accommodation and the we also recommend its restaurant. Hvala vam puno.

New, clean, very cozy. Apartments have everything you need (air condition, very cozy bed, nice kitchen with all equipment). Beach is only 3 minutes away (by foot). The owner is very kind and always available for any help.

Everything was great. The room is beautiful, very close to the beach, with a restaurant on the ground floor in case you get hungry and are not in the mood for cooking. AC works well, kitchen is equipped for some simpler cooking; towels, TP, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner are all provided. The owner is very kind.

Top apartments, super clean and really nice design, location is close to the beach few minutes walking, local market is around the corner and owner is really nice and helpful, they also have restaurant in town center Liburnija with really good food
