Clean and the owner was great.

The room was cozy and spacious, even though blocking the light coming from the window on the ceiling would be necessary. None really likes waking up at 6 when on holiday.

Total privacy given by the owner and staff. The owner was kind and helpful especially regarding the unpacking and parking.

The owner is very accommodating and always smiling. The rooms are clean, although the bed may be a bit uncomfortable due to the worn-out mattress. Apartment No. 4, where I stayed, has a large double bed and a sofa, air conditioning, and a TV. The kitchen is separate, and within it, there is a small terrace. The kitchen has enough utensils for food preparation, and the stove is gas, but the oven doesn’t work. The entire living space is clean and tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property also has a large terrace where you can socialize with other guests or enjoy your morning coffee or meal outside of your room. The property is located in the very center of Biograd, and you can park in front of the building to unload your luggage. The owner will then show you where the parking lot is. The parking is located about 300 meters from the property, about a 5-minute walk, which may be a small drawback, but if you don’t plan on using your vehicle, it’s not an issue. Since you’re close to the center, everything is within easy reach – shops, bakeries, ATMs, cafés, etc. For good food, I recommend Konoba Steak House Max and Pizzeria Beštek, based on my personal experience. A 5-minute walk away, you have the Biograd Tourist Agency, where you can rent a mountain bike or an electric bike at a reasonable price.

“Close to the beach and city centre, it worths its money.”

What was really great, that this apartment was very close to the city centre ( about 3-4 minutes by walk ), and also close to the beach. ( 8-12 minutes by walk ). It has private parking area, but about 2-300 meters away from the apartment. Caffee bars, restaurants, bakery/pekara are close to the apartment also. Room was clean and big, we had view for the road. We had a common shared terrace which was quiet, so it was restful for us. Apartment has somehow only 2 *, but I think it worths 3.
