“For a short stay close to the beach”

The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to the main station, right in front of the beach and close to the city centre. So it is easy to move around from the hotel to the different attractions.

“Binz wellness with a caveat”

Excellent location in front of Binz's seafront with a good dose of old school charm. Super friendly staff and a buffet for days. The room itself is very comfy, I loved the bed, shower, and toiletries. Super quiet. I'm happy with the information provided upon check in as well as the amenities for the beach and spa. I didn't try the wellness area because it was quite packed (I visited during a bank holiday).

Good varied breakfast, plenty of choice between salty and sweet foods...from scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage to yogurt, granola, croissants, bread, salad, cheese, ham, fruit etc. Beautiful suite with big terrace overlooking the beach, falling asleep to the sound of the waves...priceless! Great location in the heart of Binz, steps away from the beautiful beach, many restaurants and streets full of shops. Loved the swimming pools and the spa area too, a great way to relax!

“Relaxing and rejuvenating”

The staff were super friendly and always made us feel welcome. We got a nice welcome drink, and the complimentary mini bar in the room had a great mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The place really gives good value for money, plus you get access to the thermal bath and sauna. The toiletries and towels were well stocked, and the breakfast was delicious with a beautiful sea view from the top floor. Honestly, the best hospitality I’ve experienced in Germany — we’ll definitely be back!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the promenade overlooking the Baltic Sea. The staff is very friendly and we felt very comfortable. Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds. Beautiful dining room, varied breakfast, although a little chaotic due to the large number of guests. 10 min walk to the pier/center.

“Luxurious retreat as gateaway to Baltic Sea”

It was slightly luxury stay with wellness facilities and beachfront access. It was comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Definitely recommended for gateways !

Bedagad charm. Kvalitet, men lite slitet.

We had a beautiful room, the interior is not the newest but it is in good shape and we found it very tasteful all in all. The spa area is beautiful, with a decently sized swimming pool and really nice saunas. Plenty of room to relax and it dind't feel overrun. Breakfast was a highlight, too, a huge variety of hot, cold savoury and sweet choices. Good organization with three (partly overlapping) breakfast times to choose from in two restaurants, so even though the hotel was full, it did not seem packed at breakfast and there were almost no queues.

Everything was perfect, I enjoyed a lot, breakfast also was excellent, staff very friendly, kind and polite, I’m so happy that I choose your hotel 🩷

The staff was really friendly. The hotel is right on the beach, with a nice terrace where you can enjoy refreshing drinks. I was amazed by the variety of breakfast options – delicious and fresh food, with coffee served at the table. The view from the 6th-floor restaurant is breathtaking! The price matches the quality. :)

“Not great not terrible”

Location is great next to the beach and promenade

+ Great spa with multiple temperatures, two rest areas, free fruit and refreshments. The pool is alright but gets crowded with children. The spa got busy on Saturday but was pretty empty on Friday. Note the working hours before you go: the spa is open from 3pm, the pool — 7am. + Central location right at the promenade. + You can book a Strandkorb for €15/day at the hotel. + Helpful staff.

“Perfect Stay at Rugard Thermal Strandhotel in Ostseebad Binz”

We really liked the beachfront location of the hotel and the perfect sea view from the window of our room. The hotel was also within a walking distance from the center of Binz, the pier and multiple bars and restaurants along the promenade. Our room was really cozy, with a balcony with front sea view. The staff at the reception and at the hotel restaurant was very polite and attentive. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many different choices of food and drinks.

I really enjoyed comfortable atmosphere created inside. Everyone is respectful and happy to help. Especially the lady at the reception, Ella, she stands out as being very customer obsessed, kind and providing an excellent service. Also, I liked the bar - it serves a wide range of well-made cocktails.
