“Excellent stay and exceed more than we hoped for”
1. The location is great, close to the city 2. The rooms were clean and pleasant 3. The hotel itself is wheelchair accessible (via elevators) 4. The staff were all great. Overall excellent experience.

“It’s a shame”
Location is good. I was Bintulu to attend church meeting. This hotel just few minutes away to my church. Also near many eatery, grocery and beach.
