“Programming room lock when guest is using it.”
The room is clean and comfortable as usual. Location is not far from down town. Will be good if you have a car to drive around. Not recommended for those prefer to walk.

“Excellent! Will definitely return!”
We love everything! There's a basement parking and it's super convenient since it was raining heavily when we came. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast food was excellent! The bed was so comfortable and i had a good night sleep that night.

“HAD A PLEASANT STAY AT THIS HOTEL HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU PREFER A CLEAN AND BIG ROOM HOTEL”
HOTEL IS CLEAN AND ROOM IS QUITE BIG. WE ARRIVED QUITE EARLY AND HOTEL STAFF IS KIND AND FRIENDLY . THEY ALSO ALLOW US TO CHECK IN EARLY AND PROVIDED US WITH A ROOM AS SOON AS ONE IS AVAILABLE. NOT TOO FAR FROM AIRPORT - ONLY ABOUT 20 MINUTES BY CAR AWAY. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IF WE VISIT BINTULU FOR WORK .

“I don’t like my stay at this hotel”
Basement parking so scary. Too loud at night can’t sleep because in front mat rempit racing the whole night. Room so smelly like old wet carpet. Room quite dirty and some light not working. Quite pricey for the small rooms. Breakfast was good but staff at the restaurant maybe can’t understand the instructions we gave for our order. Wrongly every order even ask for hard boiled eggs but given half boiled eggs. So disappointing!!
