“A really good size property, with plenty of facilities. Needs a few bits sorting. Parking a pain.”

Property is a good size. A large living area, with two decent bedrooms (one has en-suite shower/toilet/sink). Main bathroom has a large corner bath. Kitchen was a good size, with a table & chairs. Had a dishwasher, washing machine in an outside room, good size balcony. The location is handy for walks and it's not far from the motorway so you can zip into the city quickly enough - watch out for the speed camera as you come off the motorway for Binissalem.

Spotlessly clean, spacious apartment with a large terrace. Looks to be renovated recently. Great location in Binissalem, also quiet during night time. Basic items such as soap, toilet paper, cleaning products etc. were readily in the apartment - brilliant! Overall one of the better Mallorca apartments I've seen.

A very nice spacious accommodation that is almost too big for one person. Arrival was completely uncomplicated and contactless. The flat is on the first floor and was very clean. There are three air conditioners that can bring the rooms to a comfortable temperature even in winter, one in the living room and two others in the bedrooms. Parking directly in front of the house only works if the neighbours have left a parking space free, but otherwise I always found a parking space next to the main road, a maximum of 100 metres. However, there is a no-stopping zone directly in front of the police building around the corner, so be careful. The kitchen is fully equipped, a very large fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, oven and microwave, etc. are available. The washing machine is in a separate room, which you can easily reach via the terrace. You can shop in the village or in nearby supermarkets. The wifi worked perfectly and was fast enough to stream movies in HD. I did not try out the TV. The flat was very quiet, I didn't notice any neighbours next to or below me. The town of Binissalem, near Inca, is very centrally located for easy access to the many hiking possibilities on the island with a rental car. Thank you very much, I would come again.
