“Good experience but accessibility could be improved”
The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Some of the drivers of the electric buggy cart helped my mum, who has a bad knee to get up and down, which was much appreciated. The newly extended hot spring bathing areas were great (we love the Japanese wabi sabi area) however were not included in the stay. You can only access a smaller bathing area as staying guests, so we had to pay extra which was unexpected as you would assume these onsite facilities are included in your stay. The morning buffet spread was great and offered different dishes for the two days we were there. Tasty food and good service for both breakfast and dinner.

Really nice customer service, the facilities were excellent. Breakfast was ok. It’s so big really enjoyed walking around with our 6 month old. Loved our villa too with private hot spring

We had dinner in the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was excellent. However, we were having a nice romantic meal. The restaurant was completely empty. Then, a family of 12 adults and 6 babies came for dinner. The only complaint I have, why would you seat them 10 feet away from us when theres 200 other empty seats? It turned a beautiful meal into a distraction of crying babies.

“Nice place but not up to their displayed standard”
The atmosphere of the place is great. A resort in the middle of a forest with natural hot springs. The free pools are really great and well maintained. The restaurant has good food and there are a few activities available within the resort. The room I had was nice and pretty clean. The staff not at the reception are all friendly and nice. It's a good place for a gateway from the city to relax.
