I felt I treated unfair, because upon arrival until check out we dont have towel to use, this is my first time in all Hotel accomadation Ive ever experience, that they didnt provide towels! imagine I bought Towel in Near the Mall.And then, I came back to the Hotel on the last day to take my Luggage and I saw theres a towel in our room provided. But with us for 3 days? Are you thinking we are not going to Shower?. Really disappointed!!

“Handy traditional hotel in Bingen”

Nice location especially if you like trains! Clean and much as expected of a hotel such as this. Breakfast was good. No lift but no problem for us. Easy and interesting check in

My room was on the top floor with the most magnificent view of hillside vineyards, the impressive Germania Monument, a ruined castle and the constant river traffic. The room itself was well-equipped, the bed and lounge were comfortable, the bathroom recently renovated, and the wi-fi was great. The location was superb - close to both railway stations and the local buses, Edeka Supermarket, and the riverside boat cruises and restaurants were just in front of the hotel. I self-catered because my room had a small kitchen, but the breakfast room looked inviting and the range of food was good. However, for me the assistance of the manager stood out above all else. Besides carrying my suitcase up three flights of stairs when I arrived, she found a charging cord for my phone when mine broke. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find a replacement cable on a Sunday, but she came to my rescue. Thank you ever so much.

Great location, fantastic helpful staff. Rooms a little dated, clean. It was hot , no aircon, difficult to sleep. Next to train line so was very noisy with windows open.

Great staff member upon check in who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She also advised where we could leave luggage as we arrived very early and the reception is shut between 12-3. Great storage for bike and yummmy breakfast. Room was good enough for the night as we were just passing through. Central location - close to the underpass as well.

Close to railway, and riverside promenade, top breakfast. Good shower
