Everything was perfect. Very good location to LEGOLAND and Lalandia. There is swimming pool inside.

The hotel's location is very close to Legoland resort, which is a great advantage. It's surrounded by greenery and very close to parks. The room was very comfortable and spacious enough. The mini-fridge was a nice touch. The breakfast included very special items, and I really liked the tea options. They were all high-quality products. Staff is very helpful and It is also a family-friendly business.

The breakfast was good and also the pool area was nice the area was a short walk to legoland and lego house and the centre of the town was nice some good places to eat and shop.

We travel frequently and have stayed in hotels of all sizes around the world, but unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms feel very old, there is not even air conditioning, and the bathroom condition was unacceptable. Room service was also very disappointing. It is shocking that a hotel charging USD 400–450 per night does not even provide basic complimentary drinking water in the room. Even simple items that are offered free in most hotels around the world, such as basic slippers costing almost nothing, are sold for extra money here. Breakfast was also below expectations, and on top of that, guests are required to make a reservation in advance — otherwise, you may not even be able to have breakfast. In our opinion, this hotel does not justify its price at all. It feels like the hotel benefits heavily from its proximity to Legoland. Without Legoland nearby, this property would struggle to justify even a fraction of its current pricing. Very disappointing overall, and unfortunately not an experience we would recommend. Additionally, we would like to point out several basic shortcomings in the room that further added to our disappointment. There were no teaspoons available in the room even for stirring coffee or tea, and no bath/foot towel was provided in the bathroom. These are very basic amenities that guests would reasonably expect, especially at a hotel charging premium rates. Unfortunately, these details further reinforced our impression of poor preparation, lack of attention to guest comfort, and inadequate standards.

“A great place to stay”

It was a great place to chill out. Very close to Legoland and not too far from Billund town and Lego House and Teddy Bear Museum. Easily accessible from the airport. The breakfast were brilliant.

Very good location, close to the Legoland and at the same time very quiet. Rooms have much space and are very well equiped. Nice social spaces for chating and playing.

The hotel was very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit . The staff were very attentive , friendly and helpful I like that you can drop your bags off before check in, ideal when we had bikes and were heading to Lego land for the day. The breakfast was exceptional The pool was great The room size was perfect for a family of 4 , lots of space and comfortable

“Good hotel slightly outside Billund”

Room was good, comfortable bed and big bathroom. Hotel is 20 min walking from Billund center, but convenient for parking and entertainment parks. Breakfast is great, high assortment and good service.
