LEGOLAND Castle Hotel, themed as a castle in LEGO style, is situated outside of the main entrance of LEGOLAND® Billund Resort, and 800 metres from Lalandia Water Park. “Everything is awesome”
Like in the Lego Movie "Everything is awesome". For real. Full experience from stepping into the hotel is an adventure for kids. scavenger hunts, treasure maps... omg and the wizards vs knights concept. if I had seen this as a child.... :D

Besides kids admiration of the interior there is nothing about this hotel that can justify absurd price of almost 700 eur per night! Dirty hallways, uncomfortable beds and poor breakfast. Even parking has to be paid extra! Never again.

Great location for Legoland visit. Early access through Legoland hotel 9:30. Buuut you can only go up to mid part of the park and nothing opens till 10. So only to wonder around in miniland and a bit of a head start to run to the most popular attractions. Great activity for kids and the treasure lock!
