“Simplicity at Its Best, Better Than Luxury Resorts”

Lina Dreamland Resort is simple, but honestly better than any resort with water slides and swimming pools I’ve ever visited. Sometimes true blessing lies in simplicity—it feels closer to the heart than all the boasting and fake luxury that don’t really bring comfort or peace. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Special thanks to the manager, Mohammed Saqeek, and the supervisor, Qassim. They were very cooperative, encouraging, and truly made me feel welcome. Because of them, I’m already planning to return—InshaAllah—on a monthly basis. The food was amazing and fairly priced, unlike so many so-called luxury resorts that mark up their menus 300% for the same quality. I enjoyed Alfredo pasta and pizza for dinner, and both were delicious. Another great thing is that you don’t have to book a room to enjoy the waterpark. There’s an affordable entry fee for the swimming pools and slides, but if you do book a room, then access to them is free. The rooms themselves are very comfortable, with powerful cold AC (just make sure the filter is clean for proper airflow—either check it yourself or ask staff to assist). The only downside I noticed was the instant water heater, which didn’t heat well. Also, I’d love to see them improve their karak tea recipe in the future. Facilities are excellent: there are four swimming pools (two for kids, two for adults), plus plenty of seating areas. The water slides are fantastic, suitable for adults and children above 5 years old. The overall atmosphere of the resort is relaxing, family-friendly, and far more genuine than so-called luxury destinations. In conclusion, Lina Dreamland Resort has won me over. It proves that simplicity, fairness, and genuine hospitality always outweigh artificial luxury. Highly recommended—I consider it better than all the “luxury” resorts I’ve visited.

The staff were cooperative, espcially the swimming pool guard named, Omar, who was very patient, friendly and helpful.

The kids had a wonderful time using the water slides and other facilities - playground, trampoline, football pitch, etc. It was the only place we found like this in Oman.
