Very spacious room in the central location. A short walking distance to El Corte Ingles. We asked a big taxi to take 4 of us with a lot of luggage at the reception. The receptionist said if the taxi company does not have a big car, they should contact the hotel, which they didn't. The taxi did not come and we had to ask the reception again. The receptionist called the taxi company and they said they did not have a big taxi. They should have told us sooner. They ordered 2 taxis for us then the taxis came very quickly. We were impressed by their taxi service in the end. It is quick and each taxi has a number and the receptionist gave us taxi numbers when booked. Very easy and good system. There was some demonstration on the way to the airport and the two taxi drivers were very kind and did their best to take us to the airport quickly.
