Nice comfort room. Everything is clean. Breakfast is ok: fruits, oats, bread, meat, eggs etc We asked for the kettle and they gave it to us, thanks. 10 minutes to Guggenheim Museum, easy access wherever you wanna go. Good AC, comfort bathroom.

“It was okay with small complains.”
Breakfast is okay but less than my expectation.For example there were few kind cheese, no vegetables (tomatoe,cucamber,carrot,rocket,parsley,etc) in breakfast.

Great breakfast buffet, big selection in normal stuff. Hotel is close to everything needed, right by the old town & close to the other side of Bilbao

“Brilliant hotel, with knowledgeable & efficient Staff & a really nice City”
Sercotel Ayala Hotel - well done!! We stayed in this very modern 4* hotel for 5 days from 19th April 26. Room 604 was quiet, spotless & cleaned every day. AC & Wifi worked flawlessly & 2 young ladies on reception were excellent. We had our breakfast etc. nearby. We highly recommend this place & will stay again, when in Bilbao. The Barick NFC Transport card can be bought at the kiosk on right in airport Arrivals area. We downloaded their Barick NFC App (before our trip) & used our phone to scan & add credit on the hotel Wifi. It is most inexpensive way to travel on the A3247 airport bus, metro, (& on the trams where the Barik card must be validated on the tram machines at the stop, BEFORE boarding the tram). Note you must Tap your card getting on and off for all Public transport. Enjoy Bilbao.

fabulous staff, comfortable room, location was perfect for my needs next to Abando metro.
