Upmarket, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented apartment and great location, in that it is in the heart of the old town. Nice touch of tea/coffee/juice etc

“It was great in all aspects. It is a little noisy at night but to be expected for location.”
Clear instructions given. Only tip to other travellers is that the first key you use is the one that looks different to the others.

“Spacious and homely”
Beds were comfy with lovely linen. Every little detail thought of with QR codes for instructions on everything were a great idea. Felt very homely and lovely quality furnishings...wanted to stay in apartment all day. Never met host but always responsive and clear with instructions and expectations. Street noise could be too much for some, but was expected for the location and we were ok with it.

We had absolutely everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a little selection of food supplies left on the kitchen table. The beds were really comfortable and the shutters provided an extra soundproofing for when things were a bit noisy outside. We were very glad to have the use of umbrellas too as we had a few wet days. There was plenty of information on the city which was helpful. Overall, a great location and a great apartment.

“A carefree visit in a clean, spaceous and practical appartment in the best neighbourhood in Bilbao”
Even though we never met the host, you can tell they’re very thoughtful towards tourists. We were welcomed with fresh fruit, there was a transit card that we could use and clear (and creative) explanations about all appliances. Also, the location is amazing! Heart of the lovely Casco Viejo, full of life.

“Nice spacious apartment in the old town”
The apartment has a great location and is fully and well equipped (including diswasher tablets, everything you might need in the kitchen, decent hairdryer, and so on). It is very spacious and clean. Near by you can find a metro station as well as parking option.

Great location, stylish flat, very comfortable,equipped kitchen. All was great except getting in but I am sure that guys will fix that.
