I stayed two years ago during the week and it was great for one person, price etc. This time I stayed with a friend and the room was the same size with just an extra bed in room. More expensive this time, but that was fine, I was just disappointed that the room was so small. Some noisy guests in hallway at times but we were just unlucky

I booked this through Booking with the filter "for families". The location was so horrible that when we arrived we decided not even to get in. Thinking of using this place for tourism in Bilbao with family is a bad idea due to Location. The whole neighborhood is flooded with substance dealers and escorts. Online Check in only accepted the adults and not the kids in my family. Front desk was available only until 19:00. If you're traveling with family, keep away.

Room was very clean, cosy and recently renovated, there was enough space. Although the breakfast was not in the building but in a cafe around the corner, it was pleasant and sufficient. It may not be in the centre but anywhere arround is up to 30 mins walking.

Good location for a short stay, with a lively, youthful atmosphere and excellent value for money given the very good rate and quality.

Breakfast was included, but instead of being served at the hotel, it required a short walk to a nearby bar where only one drink and one sandwich were provided. Aside from the orange juice, the quality was poor, and overall it felt overpriced for what was offered. The neighbourhood felt weird, with a frequent police presence. I saw people arrested in handcuffs, which made it a place you’d rather pass through quickly.

Good location near the main train station and a metro station. Close to the old town. Helpfull personel. Large common spaces, to meet and work. Room has little kichenette and some equipment, like glasses, plates, cutlery and knifes. WiFi login process is a bit long, but it's a one-timer. Plus for a gym and common tarras.

“I stayed for 4 nights in March and I would happily stay there again”

The room was clean and had sufficient saucepans, cutlery & crockery for my short stay. I especially liked having a fridge. I was able to walk everywhere I needed without any trouble. The daily breakfast provided at the nearby Mosela bar was tasty and all the hostel staff were very friendly and helpful.
