“I thought it was great value for money easy and quick metro to rest of Bilbao”

It was as expected .student accommodation but with ensuite and kitchen area and small fridge with freezer section. I thought it was great value for money.it's a fair way out from the city and attractions 25 min walk. but once I'd discovered the local transport systems then its a bus ride to the Guggenheim and even better the metro is about 100 metres down the road and just two stops from the old town.

Was the cheapest option on Booking.com but I've been in better cheaper hotels in Europe. Cantabria seems quite expensive when it comes to accommodation. Prior to the stay I was concerned that it was out of the way , but on reflection it was not a problem with only two stops on the metro into the new town. The bed was uncomfortable.

Easy to find, close to Metro, nice interior design, vending machine for water, quiet, pleasant and helpful staff, nice rooms with comfortable beds; a great place for two people who are not a couple to stay as two bedrooms were interconnected via a central kitchen, great design!

I had an amazing stay at this residence. First of all, thank to the stuff, who was very friendly, open and helpful! I was very grateful to Eris & Jon, who works at the reception desk, for helping me solving all the issues. Second of all, my accommodation was great. It contained kitchen, separate shower. It was very clean and convenient. It’s very close to the city center (2 stops by metro. I really recommend this place.

A good option for a quiet stay in the outside area of Bilbao. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed very comfy and it was quiet around. The staff that was present was very helpful and friendly. Walking to the center is around 30 min, but the metro is like a 5 min walk.

the property is the a student accommodation, not centrally located but easily accessible by the public transport. it could have been a great option with a possibility to cook, but it lacked some cooking equipment (which tourists are informed about, yet it is rather annoying).

The locality of the metro and bus. The bed was comfy and the room was big enough.

The location is OK

All staff were really kind and helpful. My luggage didn’t arrive with me, so I was struggling for the few days. But John helped me to call the airport and gave hot coffee and sanitary stuff to endure that time. I really appreciate all the help I received during the stay. All the more it’s a very good accommodation for long-stay travelers.
