Everything was great: location is awesome, well stocked with amenities. Bed was comfortable, spacious - bathroom great as well.

Communication throughout was excellent, location is excellent and it's a decent apartment to.use as a base. Some other points: don't get to stressed about the electronic key, it really is easy and works but physical keys await you inside. Some of the best bars and cafes are in the new town, the bar culture here is insane! The transport is excellent and cheap get a barik card from the airport, i have money still on it from 10 euros and i was here 5 days. Bilbao is a great city break and other places are easy to travel too.

On all the reviews it states exceptional location and that is very true. As to the right then straight down the street you are next to the museum and puppy which you can then get on the hop on hop off bus which is worth getting as you then get a sense of what's around you. Your right next to the river. If you arrive before check in there is a little mini market shop that stores your luggage under app called bounce. 2 minutes away. Highly recommend. The area has lovely bars and restaurants around you recommend the cafe iruna The apartment is exactly like the pictures, very quiet and has everything you need it has some great books giving you information on Bilbao. If you want to see the inside of town hall go to tourist off to get WhatsApp number to book appointment it's free, go to library that's free but great inside.The supermarket is 3 minutes away. The service from these apartments fromstart to end was fantastic.

Excellent location and a well-equipped apartment. The bed was comfortable, and while we didn’t stay or cook much, the space is definitely prepared for that. Overall, the apartment is cozy and practical, and we appreciated how central it was, right next to Guggenheim and restaurants, and not too far from the old town. We didn’t have direct contact with the property owner, but communication was efficient.

Very clean comfortable apartment, nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen. It was in a great location, within easy walking distance of the Guggenheim and the river. Even though it was party time in Bilbao the apartment was nice and quiet. The bus to the airport was just around the corner and runs every 15 minutes.
