“A perfect stay in a lovely, well appointed and quiet apartment.”
Before we arrived, Mercedes sent us some great advice about how to get to the apartment. We liaised over arrival times, and she was there to meet us in person to give us some personal recommendations of places to visit and the best places to eat.

“Brilliant stay to watch Europa League Final”
Amazing, location, right behind the square in the old town. Walking distance of everything. The owner met us and was so helpful, she gave us great suggestions of where to go in the city. We had a great stay. Somehow we left some money in the apartment, the cleaner reported this and the owner contact us and paid back the full amount. Mercedes went above and beyond, hope to return one day! Many thanks

This is an amazing apartment in a great location. The apartment is really spacious with everything you need and more. The host Mercedes is super accommodating and friendly she provided loads of recommendations and the commutation leading up to stay was super precessional and made locating the property and whole check in process really simple.

“Brilliant choice in Bilbao for comfort, elegance and local knowledge.”
Absolutely everything: the apartment is located very close to Plaza Nueva in the old city, so fantastic for Pintxos options; and getting anywhere along the river. It’s very comfortable , the beds are terrific; it’s well appointed and very elegant. But best of all is the hostess, Mercedes, who was brilliant looking after us, giving recommendations for sights and food, and went above and beyond helping us with a lost luggage situation. Could not recommend her or the apartment more highly.

Well located, with a warm welcome from the host who met us at the apartment and provided restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. It's a cosy, well-appointed apartment. We really appreciated being able to store our luggage there during the last day while waiting for our 7pm flight to Portugal. Lovely host.

One of the best places I have ever visited, the landlord lady was so nice and helpful, she even made me feel that I wish I could stay longer. If I ever go visiting again I’ll definitely book this place twice!!!!!!!!!
