“A very nice apartment but VERY POORLY managed by the agency.”

It was a very well equipped, comfortable apartment at a good location, with good parking. However, the door key was poorly cut and was extremely difficult to extract it from the lock. BUT, we cannot recommend the apartment whilst it is still managed by People Rentals......see below.

“Good apartment, good location!”

The location of the apartment is a few minutes from the old town up some steep steps which is good for walking off the calories! Its not far from the river which makes for a nice walk into the city centre. The apartment itself is immaculate and felt very secure despite being on the ground floor. All in all a very comfortable place to stay within easy walking reach of the city's main highlights.

We could not find the apartment with the instructions given. Google maps and our car GPS both could not bring us to the apartment. We called the the helpline, they tried to help but merely sent us the same information, and they could not provide more helpful information. We drove around for 2 hours in this big busy city on a Saturday night and had to give up, tired and fedup. and in the end had to book alternative accommodation in Bilbao for those 2 nights. I wish we had paid more attention to past references in the reviews about the difficulty accessing the apartment before booking. We are still trying to obtain a refund from the owners.

The apartment was fabulous, very well equipped, comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location is good, in that it's very central, but also relatively secluded, so it's not noisy.

Very spacious apartment with sufficient internal doors to allow privacy between rooms. A welcome pack of breakfast materials including tea and coffee took away the need to raid the local shops-even if they were close by and well stocked.

The apartment was ideally located very close to the old town and with easy access to all areas either by walking or using the frequent and cheap public transport. It was very well equipped with additional nice touches such as a selection of teas and coffees, cakes and croissants and a range of toiletries in the two bathrooms. The lounge was very comfortable and the small utility area with washing machine, clothes airer and iron was useful. The large parking space in the underground garage was also extremely useful.

Great apartment with well equipped kitchen. Close to the metro station. Two bedrooms a bathrooms make it convenient for bigger groups or families.

“Freshly built excellent quiet appartment right in old town”

Very nice, freshly built and nicely designed appartment right next to old town. Biblao being really hilly, its up the hill from it so really quiet but take the elevator down and you are right in middle of action. Plaza nueva with all the beautiful pinxos bars is just 5 min walk away. Appartment has everything from kitchen amenities to washing machine and free parking. It has also 2 bathrooms so being family of 4 it was nice to speed up morning showers and get out exploring fantastic Basque country.

Despite the fact the flat and where the keys are collected from are not close at all and the lack of any views, the actual location of the apartment is good. It is very clean and well equipped if a little bland.

Lovely modern apartment, plenty of space for 3 adults. Close to a square in the old town so convenient especially considering the Metro stop was just around the corner as well.

The apartment was spotlessly clean , fully equiped with everything you could think of , lots of toiletries and even toothbrushes. A breakfast basket and tea coffee etc. Fab location in the Old Town close to everything. Very quiet area no noise at night. Cannot fault it at all.

Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lovely lounge area, nice drinking glasses, comfortable beds, toiletries in bathrooms, welcome tray, available coffee and tea, ice in freezer, drying rail for wet clothing, good appliances in kitchen, nice showers, good pillows.
