“Great Stay in Bilbao Old Town”
Excellent value for money, great central location in Bilbao old town very near to Plaza Nueva and within walking distance to metro, Guggenheim and Artxanda Funicular as well as the main new town shopping district over the river.. Very comforatable and clean with housekeeping every day. Communincation was proactive ensuring I had all the info to get in on arrival and also checked to see I had everything as expected after arrival.

Brilliant location. On the edge of the old town, beside the river. Everything easily accessible- old town, new town, and beside a taxi rank so very easy for airport etc. Very comfortable bed. Super clean. Lovely staff. Got an early check in, which was very much appreciated and check out is a good time of 12pm. Communication from the property is excellent and all (self check in etc )is very well organised. Good fan/air con options. Everything you need and v nice bathroom.

“Had a wonderful time in a vibrant city and enjoyed both rugby finals. Food in Bilbao was wonderful.”
Location. Clean room and bathroom. Good shower. Comfy bed. Room serviced nicely every day, with clean towels. Fridge very useful. Fans great - ceiling fan only worked second day when engineer came to room (even without having to be requested). Online check-in great. Very good service from staff @ Casual Gurea via WhatsApp messaging and voice calls. Liked use of access codes.

The location is excellent. The facilities are great for a city break. It’s a serviced apartment so really you have very little dealings with staff as such. It is cleaned every day.

The location of the property was excellent, on the edge of the Old Town, where the best pinxto bars are. Handy for the trains and a short walk in to the city proper. Room was very clean. Staff were helpful, on call and responding quickly albeit remotely. Good value for central location

“I want to strongly recommend this group”
These folks at Casual have got it all together. The room was small but really well designed. There were shelves and drawers and a table to work at. And the bathroom and had plenty of room to move, which is always a concern for a bigger person like myself. It was a single bed which was all I needed. There was a 3 way on the main light, near the front door, bathroom and bed, and even a remote if that was not convenient enough. The facilities were accessed via a passcode. I ca be a bit fuzzy at times but there was always courteous (even friendly) assistance a phone call away. The assistant in person at the luggage storage on my final day could not have been more helpful Location, right in the old city with all the bars and cafes.

Very comfortable with everything we needed. The kettle, fridge and microwave meant we could have some meals and coffee in the room.
