“Fab hotel”
Very relaxed and the staff were very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Location is excellent. 5 minutes from the Guggenheim and Belles Artes. Bus stop to the airport literally across the road.

Great location for arriving from airport. (Bus stops right outside). And for the Guggenheim and the funicular railway. Really friendly and helpful staff. All very good!

“Family trip in Bilbao to visit friends”
Perfect location. Few minutes walk from Guggenheim, few minutes from Moyua metro station. Plenty of life till late in the night. Lovely restaurants and cafes all around. A lot of Tourist activities would gather by Guggenheim hence extremely practical location! We went to France through some day excursions, fantastic and great value. Basic hotel however super comfy extra large bed and very friendly staff.

The location was very central and close to the Guggenheim Museum. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
