There is a nice common area on the first floor with a kitchenette and helpful staff - they will also let you store your luggage there briefly if you need. Easy for a car/taxi to drive up to. Many beds on ground floor if you need that.

U liked many things. The system was easy to understand. The towel that was included in the price, the paper towel in the bathroom, the beds were clean and comfy. Pleasant communal space etc.

Its a Hostel but all facilities are very clean and organised, so for my first experience in a Hostel with shared rooms, it was great. Thank you 🙏🏻

I really liked this hostel! It was clean and quiet. You have space in the shower area to leave your clothes and toiletries (which is not always the case in hostels). I liked the location as you can walk along the river to get to el Casco Viejo or you can cross the nearest bridge to get to the city center (I like walking but you can also get the metro/bus/tram). The area is safe at night and there are plenty of local bars and supermarkets 5/10 minutes walk from the hostel. I arrived earlier than the check-in time but I was able to leave my bag at the hostel beforehand. The person at the reception was welcoming and happy to chat with me. They have free coffee and tea and a nice space where you can sit and chat to other travelers if you feel like it.

Around half an hour walk from Bilbao Intermodal and easy to get around the area, neighborhood was safe even at night. Staff were lovely and had answered our questions about getting around Bilbao. Quick communication as well even before check-in.

“Kind but to improve”
The kindness of the receptionists. The room and bathroom were well cleaned. . Locker always available for earlier and late check in/out.
