The apartment is honestly quite bad, there’s no proper ventilation, the room is like a sauna, the walls are moldy and you can even smell it in the air. The light switches are coming out of the wall and only two of them work. The sink is clogged and the water comes back up. The shower tray is cracked, so water leaks out. The toilet seat is unstable and moves. By the door, there’s duct tape under the handle on the outside, and on the inside there’s a hole in the same spot  There is a fan, but it’s so loud that it’s impossible to sleep. There is only one small window facing the street, the garbage trucks made noises all night, so I didn't sleep... The drawer where the towels are kept is falling apart and dirty.

The apartments are very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which really makes a difference when travelling for work. There’s a supermarket right next door with absolutely everything you need, literally 20 metres away: total efficiency. Special mention to the owner: friendly, proactive and always willing to help. Since discovering these apartments, I’ve stopped wasting time comparing options. When something works, you don’t change it. 100% recommended.

“Horrible experience”

It’s a nasty place. Should be avoided at all costs. A run down building turned into apartments. Ugly abandoned industrial suburb all around. The room itself is shabby cheap resemblance of a shack. Super uncomfortable beds. Pillows should be put in recycle long ago. Never ever again. Worst experience ever at a high cost.

Please have an active reception. we were stuck outside because we had no way of entering since we thought we'd find a reception, who we could give our booking details. we were lucky to find a group outside who had the WhatsApp number of the host, that's how we managed to get in.

The location is good, close to a multi story car park, 10 min walk into city, I went to the football and it was a good location.
