“Transported to another time and place - perfect hotel!”

The ambiance and comfort transported us to another time and place that the last maharaja Narendra Bhawan would have approved of! We booked extra nights to soak it all up! Perfectly scripted service, attention to detail, great food and drinks under the stars, enough facilities to relax and unwind with your teenage children after a hectic tour of Rajasthan, comfy beds, roof top pool sunset… what more do you want? And the stunning interiors and collection at Junagarh Fort with guide Shailendra Jittu was a great history lesson into Bikaner’s past and future! We are so glad we stayed in Bikaner and it’s only just over an hour to fly to Dehli.

The staff were superb and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious. The property and interior is absolutely beautiful. The pool is so nice but needs more shaded areas for during the day. We also got massages there which were just wonderful. Overall we loved our stay here and would return.

Our stay at Narendra Bhawan was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. Nothing felt forced or overly formal, just thoughtful hospitality delivered with ease. The presentation of the hotel is sensational. The décor, design detail and overall ambiance create a refined and immersive experience that feels both historic and contemporary. In four trips to India, staying in a mix of four and five star hotels, this was by far the cleanest and most impeccably maintained property we have experienced. Every space felt polished, cared for and perfectly managed. The hotel’s support in helping us explore Bikaner was also outstanding. The coordination of cars and drivers was seamless, making it effortless to visit the fort and the old city without stress. The team clearly takes pride in the entire guest experience, not just the stay itself.

“We were cheated with our reservation”

I made the reservation at Narendra Bhawan for Dec 31 several months in advance. This reservation was canceled by the hotel at a very short notice under an absolutely ridiculous pretext. My attempts to contact the reservation department and restore the resevation were left without answer. As it was a roundtrip I wasn‘t able to adjust the itinerary and thus was forced to book again but at a rate which then included a gala dinner at a ridiculous price of > 800 USD. I don‘t even want to comment on the quality of the hotel itself, because I deeply disapprove this kind of business practice. Shame on you!
