Beautiful place for a short or long stay. The room was spacious and we could even see the sea from the balcony. The staff is the best you could ever ask for: very helpful, friendly and always smiley. Same for the restaurant staff. And the food was so good, from the breakfast, very rich and various, to the dinner we had for the 4 days we stayed.

“Pleasant stay”
Great location and beautiful buildings. Breakfast was good but good coffee or espresso (even if paid extra) be an asset. Room could need a refresh but bed is very comfortable and always had great water pressure and war water

The hotel is undergoing some renovations and so there is some disparity within the rooms. I had a renovated room with balcony that overlooked the sea. It was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The room was secure. Some reviews on other sights have suggested that the hotel was not secure but this was not my experience I found the staff helpful and very friendly. We are in the restaurant one night and the domoda was excellent. Breakfast was varied and plentiful Outside the hotel there are men, mainly taxi drivers who will speak with you but there was no unpleasantness and this is to be expected in Africa

“Don't miss the sunset around the creek”
The hotel offers a lot of space and the environment is just marvelous, with the creek and the beach. Amazing atmosphere at sunset and especially in weekend when many people come to enjoy it. We had a juice from the juiceboxes and enjoyed nice djembe music. The staffs of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet and very very nice.

“for a gambian beach holiday, choose another hotel and another area”

Lovely breakfast with many options available! Nice and comfortable rooms with good working showers. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beach on a crawling distance. Beautiful garden around the hotel. Loved our stay!
