I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is near to several key tourist attractions, which made exploring the natural of Bosnia villages. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I truly appreciated the high standard of housekeeping. All the staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. The hotel is situated in a very quiet and secure area, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again. I hope the hotel management considers my feedback to help improve the few areas where I noticed gaps. The hotel manager (SABINA) is amazing person and very helpful and friendly, she is great manager

It is a rare hotel capacity in the area. A very nice place to stay, offering professional service, kind staff, good food, and comfortable, clean rooms. For us, it was a perfect location for three days discovering the river Una (Martin Brod_ Kulen Vakuf_Štrbački Buk_Japodski otoci_Ripać_Bihać and also Vrelo rijeke Une via Ripać border crossing ). We were satisfied and are comfortable recommending them.

The location in the heart of Una national park is great. Some employees were very kind and tried to do their best. The breakfast was very well furnished and very good.

Nice and modern hotel in the heart od the Una national park, close to the Štrbački buk waterfalls. The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff is friendly, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was average, the food in the hotel restaurant was tasty and good. The restaurant is a little bit expensive by Bosnian standards (=meaning it is still quite cheap in contrast to the rest of Europe), but it is worth it. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was absolutely amazing - it’s obvious they’re not professionals, but all of them were extremely kind. Place was super clean, and comfortable. Food was really good and delicious. There is a free parking.

It was quiet during our stay in the room. The receptionist was fantastic. He guided us to the waterfalls, which was the main reason I chose the area for our stay. Additionally, when we decided to have lunch, he seated us outside, which was wonderful because the day was sunny and the weather was perfect for it.
