Staff are helpful, especially the receptionist Ms.Salina. restaurant and cold store , plus petrol station as well as car wash station. The room is clean and well furnished.

I liked that I did not need to go anywhere as there was a restaurant that serve food, my friend and I ate and the food was good but my liver was overcooked ! The soup was good but I do feel that the chef needs to learn how the locals cook. Just an observation.

While browsing on Booking.com, I accidentally confirmed a reservation and the payment was processed immediately. I called the hotel, feeling stressed, hoping to cancel. Instead of a cold refusal, I was met with incredible kindness. They actually offered to come and pick me up! Since I didn't have many options at the time, I agreed—and I am so glad I did. ​Why this is the #1 hotel in Bihać (and I’ve tried 4 or 5 others): ​Obsession with Detail: I am someone who truly appreciates the "little things," and this hotel excels at them. Everything feels carefully thought out. ​Impeccable Standards: The cleanliness is top-notch. Seemed like a excellent choice at first as we saw Manny motorbikes parked.in front of the entrance. Conviently there's a gas station on the oposit side but still a part of the hotel. There's a bar and a restaurant. Starting from the check-in process it all went wrong. Apparently my reservation via booking.com was not there, so the receptiomist, that turned out to be a waitress filling in the gaps, had to call someone to figure it out. Eventually we managed to get the room and brought all our bags from the motorbikes in. Nice spacious room seemed at first. So we went straight down to the reasturant with few other customers. The same waitress/ receptionist was torn betwt the receprion, bar terrace, reasturant, bar... She was exhausted as the other two non local, non English speaking middle or far east employees were useless. A complete drama with only few tables occupied. Food was cold mediocre. Customers nagging to the poor waitres/receptiinsit... Drama. Well, time to go to bad. Clearly disappointed by the dinner and the stuff we agreed that the room was above the usual standards, until my wife checked the sheets. Seemed like someone did a poor job of tignetnig the sheets a bit and just pulled the cover back. There were hair still on it! I went down clearly upset looking for the only person available torn between all the duties and asked just the sheets as we all the stuff unpacked we didn't want to change the room. She had no idea what to do, where to find the sheets, I finally after a lengthy conversation gave us another room. Of course on a different floor. We had to carry all the equipment down which was unpacked already which took us another 20/30 minutes before hitting the bed

A beautiful, luxurious, and wonderful new hotel ~ In an excellent location, although it's a little far from the city center ~ I stayed at the hotel with my family for the most wonderful two nights since arriving in Bosnia, in room number 108 ~ The room was spacious, clean, and very tidy. The bathroom was very clean~ The lighting was varied in the room and there were electrical outlets in every corner. Every bed was very comfortable. The blankets kept you warm. The air conditioning was excellent. The room service was excellent. ~ I really liked the elegant decor and modern furniture~ The Wi-Fi was very strong and fast, and it never stopped. ~ The Hot water was available for shower~ You don't have to go far because the hotel restaurant on the ground floor serves all the dishes you desire. All the dishes are delicious and varied, and cheaper than the restaurants in Sarajevo's Old Town. The restaurant staffs are friendly, always smiling and always helpful. ~ There is also a grocery store in the same building of the hotel ~ The breakfast restaurant on the second floor was beautiful with a three-sided view of the place~ The breakfast was very good~ Thank you to the reception lady~ She was lovely, welcoming and smiling~ Next time I will definitely choose this hotel.
