“We were in Biervliet to attend a family funeral. It's a lovely little town and this is a great place to stay.”

This deconsecrated church has undergone a significant internal architectural transformation. It is a marvel of interior design, every detail has been considered whilst keeping the sense of grandeur of the building's original use. The large open public space is simply awesome. Our room on the upper gallery featured a large arched window and vaulted ceiling. Everything was immaculate with a real thought for design. Beautiful. We opted for the breakfast which was served to us, it was exceptional you shouldn't miss it. Not like any other hotel breakfast I've had, and I've travelled a fair bit. The staff/owners clearly love working in this wonderful building and that translates into the excellent service they provide.

Incredible nice staff, VERY well designed interior. Surroundings great for cycling and walking. Can't think about any negative thing. Oh yes 1 thing: I would place Nespresso machines in the rooms instead of the existing coffee facilities.

This is an exceptional hotel in a former church which has been transformed by the owners in a perfect hotel. It is very stylish and you can feel that the owners live their dream. Rooms are very nice integrated into the architecture of the church and offer all comfort. Breakfast is delicious and once again you can feel the passion of the owners as all is prepared and served in a unique way. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Owners paid attention to every detail in the hotel leading to a very cosy and welcoming experience. Highly enjoyable experience.

Very peaceful surroundings, amazing re-do of a church into a hotel. Good base to explore Zeeland. Make sure to try the breakfast, it is truly fantastic! Would definitely return or recommend!

“Amazing hotel with an exceptional experience of staying in a church.”

The rooms were super clean and even seemed brand new. Breakfast was great and varied. I also loved that there were chargers on the parking lot for electric cars. It is a very unique experience to stay in a former church as a hotel. They decorated it beautifully.

A wow factor as soon as you enter. the soft furnishings were lovely. The finishing touch details were to perfection. The room was immaculate, quiet, comfortable and equipped with all you should need. Rooms upstairs and down, should you struggle with stairs. The breakfast was superb, with that little extra touch. Parking not a problem. A quaint village with a restaurant nearby for evening meals. Terneuzen close by also. The hosts spoke perfect English (Thank you)! very welcoming. Will be returning.
