They were well organised everything looks fantastic the bathroom the room everything was organised Entering it alone gives the vibes of a new opening hotel. My husband loved it and is definitely going for it again The staff was always available for me. I didn't have any questions to ask because everything was well prepared 1000000/10 For the HOTEL EUROPA, the third hotel I will book and feel more comfortable with if you're a TOURIST, i recommend HOTEL EUROPA very close to train station and affordable

“Super Europa”
Friendly, helpful staff who went to extra effort with our inquiries for information. The bathroom was wonderful. Clean and spacious and well set up for wheelchair users.

“A good and comfortable stop-over point.”
The location in Biella was fairly central and easy to get to from the periphery. The breakfast was perfectly good without being exceptional. The pleasant surprise was how spacious the family room was, and how spacious and well equipped, and styled, the bathroom was. The underground car-park has a lift, which is handy.
