Amazing service from the receptionist (Biagio), really great attitude and very helpful in every way, he really went above and beyond! - can highly recommend the Augustus Hotel. The hotel and rooms are very clean, modern, and in great shape - and it smells nice everywhere, even in the elevator. Best value for money by far! Breakfast was great with a lot of options for everyone to get something to eat. If we’re in the neighbourhood on any of our vacations we’ll drop by without a doubt.

“Very good place to stay for tourist activities in Biella”
Hotel with two faces: modern entrance and parking on one side, but direct access to to the old town and sighseeing places on the the other side. Friendly and helpful staff, comfy rooms and very good breakfast.

Everyone working in reception and breakfast room were really polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and location is by old city center near nice restaurants. Excellent choice also for longer stay.

The location was perfect with direct access on foot from Via Italia, staff helpful and friendly, buffet breakfast was very good, and the ability to leave the car for extra time after check out was a bonus
