Overall, the hotel left a neutral impression — it has both positives and some clear drawbacks. The room itself looked fine, and in general the stay was acceptable. However, there were some significant issues. The bathroom was not properly cleaned , there was an unpleasant smell in the shower that resembled urine, which immediately ruined the first impression. The soundproofing was also poor: it was easy to hear people walking in the corridor, as well as noise from a nearby tram, which made it difficult to relax. In addition, the staff did not come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. In the end, the hotel might be okay for a short one-night stay, but if you have higher expectations, it may disappoint.

“The room & all the facilities 10/10, breakfast 7/10, total 9/10 🙌🏻”
I had a spacious room 501 with king size bed on 5th floor with a perfect view. It was far beyond my expectations! Besides it had kettler, mini-fridge and microwave owen! The room was vey modern & stylish. Personnel ladies were extremely helpful & polite. The lobby looked perfect. Location is very central, near historical Altstadt

“Comfortable stay in the city center”
The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the city center, surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes. The light rail stop is also just in front of the hotel, which was very convenient for me when going to the university every day.

“Fantastic! Great location for bars and restaurants too”
Hotel was fantastic, staff very welcoming and rooms very clean and spacious. We asked for an additional pillow on our way out one evening, and when we returned the receptionist was standing with the pillow for us. We loved that they had cut up lemon and ginger at breakfast, we are keen lemon, ginger and honey with hot water drinkers in the morning so that was a massive bonus for us to be able to have whilst away.

“A convenient, modern, comfortable and welcoming hotel”
i liked the appearance of the hotel. the large reception area with desk adjoining a well-appointed bar and well-spaced, comfortable seating, was very welcoming, as indeed was the lady at the reception desk. an elegant open stairway leads up to a spacious mezzanine floor, where the breakfast area and the gym are located. my bedroom was more spacious than expected, very comfortable and perfectly clean. the similarly spacious gym was very clean, well-aired and its equipment all in good state of maintenance. the hotel is conveniently located, about 10 minutes' walk from the main station towards the old centre, with a tram stop right before the door and several bus stops at Jahnplatz close by. All in all, a good ex.perience, to be recommended.

“WONDERFUL STAY!”
Amazing value for money, clean modern space, and very welcoming. The bed and bathroom were finished to the highest standards, with reliable hot water whenever needed, and great breakfast options. The staff were brilliant too, big smiles from the hardworking breakfast team and a warm welcome throughout our stay. The bar/lounge area is a great bonus, with a comfortable place to sit whether you’re having a late-night drink at the bar or waiting for a flight. Would absolutely stay here again. The location is right in the city center, with beautiful Christmas markets just a stone’s throw away. 10 out of 10!
