“An enjoyable stay and would stay at the hotel again.”
A very well furnished hotel located in a rural area for those who enjoy country and woodland walks, and only a very short distance drive to the city of Bielefeld. We found breakfast very basic lacking a great choice of cold meats and cheeses, also fresh fruit which is normally found in German hotels was missing, but overall generally satisfactory. We had the buffet evening meal on a number of nights, that had an excellent choice, good quality and value for money. Overall the hotel was clean, well equipped, had a nice location, good value for money and polite and professional staff.

“If going again to that area, I´ll stay there again.”
Nice and reasonable breakfast. Although Mondays are rest days for the restaurant, there was a Schnitzel buffet available... and I had a great dinner!

“Nice so over”
Parking upfront is free of charge. Lovely room, enough heating, very cosy duvet and great pillows. Had an excellent dinner buffet at a reasonable price €24 with great service. Had a small breakfast for €10. Nice so over.

Excellent place to stay in the hills. Rooms are very good. Small restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Good environment. Best for those who travels by their own car.

Very clean and big, modern rooms. Service very friendly and personable. We were offered dinner even though we were the only guests staying for food. The offering was perfectly cooked and great value for money. Breakfast buffet was very good quality again.

“Good place to rest in beautiful surroundings, but make sure u have plenty of food and drink for your stay”
Beautiful location , large garden and fantastic sounds of nature. Very friendly staff. Perfect for a quiet night after long journey, and close proximity to motorway. Breakfast was fresh and tasty , decent variety to choose from.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It is in the most beautiful location, surrounded by forests, and not too far away from the motorway. They have a great play area for children and even free roaming chickens. I booked this place as it was halfway, when travelling home from a holiday. But after staying here, I will next time allow for an extra night! The food is excellent, and the service provided by all members of staff was exemplary! This hotel is a hidden gem. I will definitely be back and for an extra night or two!

Spacious room! Easy to find, parking right outside the hotel, but can be a busy road at times. Very friendly staff. We went for a lovely walk to stretch our legs straight from the property. It had a lovely seating outside and play area for kids. The food at dinner was fantastic and the portions huge.
