Although the hostel is build by containers, the wood-covered interior felt warm and welcoming. Free tea was provided. There is ample parking in front of the house. It is a little bit far from the center of Biei but there is a big convenience store just in front of it.

Thank you so much. My car got stuck in the snow around the Christmas trees, and I had to call a tow truck. You came without hesitation and rescued me. I can't believe you're so kind... I can't express my gratitude enough. The location is also great (there's a convenience store right in front), and the bathroom and bedding are clean and warm. I'll definitely be back next winter. Thank you again! 🙂

“Cute and comfy place”

Very cute, lounge had nice photographs to look at and they even sell their own work as postcards. Nice comfy room. Kind staff.

It is a simple and basic hotel, mostly made of wood, with shared bathrooms. The location is reasonably close, although you need to cross the train tracks, and it is situated in a quiet residential area.

Very cosy rental establishment, with a nice common area. Try the local cookies, they are very good !!

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood by R237 within 10’ walk from Biei Station. The whole place is thoughtfully designed and furnished: compact but comfortable. And it’s clean and quiet. I was able to check in early and deposit luggage after checkout. Staff were professional and nice. Highly recommended.

“Friendly staff and great property at a reasonable price”

About 6 mins walk from train station. Property is not big and located within a residential area, very quiet environment. Nearby no mini mart or eateries. Just need to walk back to the train station for your meals or for mini marts. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Upon checking in, everything is explained clearly. A pamphlet in English is also provided. They allowed me to store my luggage with them when I checked out so that I can visit the blue pond and shirogane waterfall. Property is like a Scandinavian cottage. Pine wood used extensively. Room is pretty compact. My room comes with a bunk bed. Just that the top bunk did not have a mattress. Bed is comfortable. In the room there is a table and mini fridge. I think there is a small TV as well (cannot remember). Facilities are very clean. Wifi connection is perfect. Tea and coffee is provided 24 hrs. After 9 pm, the tea and coffee is moved to the small reception area. A relatively small cozy lounge where one can eat and drink. Unfortunately it opens only from 8 am to 9 pm. I highly recommend this property when visiting Biei. Greatest regret was staying only for one night. Definitely coming back again.

“Nice little spot to stay in Biei”

Was based in the middle of all the locations we wanted to go.. Easy walk to surrounding locations for food. Lawsons directly across road. Staff were friendly. Place was very clean and warm in common areas and bedroom

Amazing place to stay. 10 mins walk from Biei station. Well managed and clean small, cute rooms and clean common washrooms. Definitely recommend.

“Relaxe and quite place to stay to escape from busy & crowed city”

It’s close to the JR station in a walkable distance and there is a Lawson just opposite to the inn. I like the wooden structure of the inn, the room , bathroom and the common area are very clean and tidy. The atmosphere there is very quiet like Biei , it’s a good place to take a rest . The vibe in common area is very relaxed with the music played, the coffee made from the coffee machine is very nice and the trial tasting of local product is very impressive. I did try and bought some in the tourist info centre. And I really like the smell of the personal care product in the bathroom which does suit the atmosphere of the inn. I will come back when I visit biei next time.

It had a relaxed cafe vibe with a good common area and included coffee machine. Nice to chill at the end of the day. Both the bedroom and the bathroom facilities were clean and spacious.
