The owners were incredibly warm, friendly and professional. They have thought of every small detail, and furnished the villa with really high quality things. We definitely felt taken care of and pampered, and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We regretted not booking an additional night or two.

Had a one nights stay here. It was very comfortable and cozy. Everything is sparkling clean. The host helped us set up the fireplace in winter. There’s a very beautiful Christmas tree decorated in the yard too. I already miss the cabin now TT Looking forward to have a longer stay in the future.

The lodge was impeccably clean with thoughtful amenities. The smell of pine wood on entering the house was wonderful. The surroundings at Chill village was peaceful and just beautiful in winter. The kids enjoyed their time playing with snow outdoors. Biei is a beautiful town and we highly recommend Chill village as your accomodation in Biei.

Amazing, top notch amenities provided! We were here in summer to catch the lavender fields and green/yellow fields and Chill Village became the ideal rest stop for us. We loved everything and the tiny details that the owner put in. The location is perfect too - just a 7 mins drive into town, tucked away in its own quiet, private yard. Perfect for those looking for a relaxed holiday.

The log is very new and has all facility including all kitchen necessity. Host Kado San very fluent in English and communication. He took extra efforts to wipe off sudden surge of caterpillars, and booked dinner for us.

Unfortunately, due to the high demand for accommodations, we could only book for one night. This is the graduation trip for me and my close friends. We met when we were 12 years old, and now we are 22. This beautiful snowy town in northern Japan is the destination for our 10th anniversary trip. The landlord was very kind and the house was very well furnished.It will undoubtedly be a LIFELONG, unforgettable memory for us.Next time I would like to bring my parents back 🥰🥰🥰
