“Still Waiting for My 350€ Deposit - Avoid If You Value Your Time and Money”
It's been two months since my stay, and I still haven't received my deposit back. After several failed attempts and wrong numbers, I finally managed to speak with someone. They admitted there had been a mistake and assured me the deposit would be returned soon—but I'm still waiting. Before my stay, their customer service was quite responsive. However, after checking out, all I receive are automated replies promising someone will get back to me, which never happens. It's incredibly frustrating. Honestly, the experience has been awful. No matter how nice the place might seem, the stress and lack of accountability just aren’t worth it. I guess I’ll have to keep calling endlessly and hope I eventually get my money back.
