The hosts and the lady who cooks are very kind and ready to accommodate in a very friendly way any wishes/needs. It is a wonderful place, with a beautiful view over Ceahlău Mountains, with silence and fresh air. A few walking steps away is the entrance to the Ceahlău National Park from where you can do various montain trails.

Very nice accommodation in a superb place. If you want peace, quiet and to relax that's the place to go. The lady chef was so nice, super friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay there again

The hosts are really nice, the room was big enough and the door to the terrace lead to a back garden. The location of the property is amazing.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent location with wonderful views of the peaks and mountains. Very friendly hosts who also gave many recommendations for hikes. They also have a restaurant next door where we had a delicious dinner and breakfast. Very highly recommend and would love to come back for more hikes and beautiful stay.

“The best place to stay in Izvorul Muntelui!”

Besides the amazing position of the guesthouse related to the scenery and other sightseeing spots, the welcoming staff offers a great experience, especially when arriving after a long trip. The lady that administers the facility offered us all assistance and support in our trip, also offering us guidance for reaching any spots we wanted to visit. If you are hungry, please don't hesitate to eat at the location. Your tastes will be thrilled with the local dishes there! Go with the chef's advice for the daily menu.

“Overall a good stay and would definitely stay again.”

Very friendly, helpful, active and responsive owners and personnel. Clean sheets, warm water, cozy and quiet ambience, ideal for the tired traveler or hiker which is something that we prefer after a day on the mountain (as opposed to some other options in the are where the party was going and the speakers were loud). The menu was not very varied but even so the two of us were able to try something new for two days at both breakfast and dinner. Everything was tasty, well prepared and some things were homemade. There was a small variety of alcoholic beverages available too. Parking space for the car.

“Two days in Ceahlau”

The location is great - Ceahlau Mountains. The access on foot to the most important peaks of the mouintans. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Near the pension there is a restaurant - the breakfast is "a la carte" we ordered what we want. The available menu for the dinner was also very tasty.

Close to Ceahlau Park. Quiet and beautiful place. Nice people.

Not bad location of the house, not far from the top Toaca, Red Lake and Lake Izvorul Muntelui, if you is with car. Cozy restaurant on territory of house, friendly owner couple, tasty food

The mattress was way to soft to sleep in a correct or healthy position. Therefore my back muscles were aching in the morning.

Great experience with very welcoming and helpful owner, you can feel that people put their hearts and souls in what they do. Comfortable and charmingly decorated room, balcony with spectacular mountain view. Excellent location, many hiking trails nearby. The food surprised us by quality and extremely perfect taste. Really hoping to come back one day!
