Nice area but the room in the big building aren't nice for this price. Little shower, not all really clean in the room.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The payment for my stay was processed incorrectly — both Booking and the hotel charged me, and the amount I was counting on during my trip was blocked. Since the payment went to another country, it stayed in “waiting” status for several days, and even longer, as the funds still haven’t been returned. This is clearly a problem with the hotel’s settings on Booking, not mine. As a result, I was left without access to my own money for the entire stay. Even if the money is eventually refunded, the discomfort and stress I experienced will not disappear. I would not recommend this place until they fix the payment system and take responsibility for their mistakes.

“Saved to favourites locations to stay”
The rooms were clean, lovely decorated, making them feel very cosy and welcoming. Location is quiet, surrounded by the green mountains and hills. Loads of outdoor spaces were to sit and a playground for kids. There is restaurant service that runs until 10PM. Overall we enjoyed our short stay a lot and would definitely come back here.

The whole experience was excellent, from the location, to the chalet and the personal everything was magnificent. And a huge plus is the fact that they accept pets. We totally recommend to visit the place and we sure are going to return in the future.

“A wonderful experience with great food, friendly staff, and a truly pet-friendly atmosphere—10/10”
One of the best things is that they are pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Not only did they allow pets, but they also welcomed our dog into the restaurant. The food was delicious, with many options. The staff was kind, and polite.

I really enjoyed the rooms—they were warm, spacious, and felt new, with a good level of cleanliness. The restaurant was another highlight, offering one of the best dining experiences in the area near the hotel. Parking was convenient, with plenty of spaces available. Additionally, the city center with its shops was just a 15-minute walk away, making the location quite practical.

The location is excelent, close to a big supermarket in case you want some other things, close to pretty much anything in the area ( you still need your car and things are from 20 minutes to 40-60 minutes away). The staff if very friendly, the food is good and the portions are big; The location has plenty of outdoor spaces where you can stay; the little cabins seem to be amazing as well.

“Normal, but could be way better!”
We have been with the family for 2 days here. Overall the place and surroundings are nice and pleasant. The house is not well equipped, there is now air conditioning, and being in 30 degrees outside, in the house it was too hot during the day and night. We would open the windows, but there were no mosquitoes nets(which is really weird!!). Also there was no kettle and no welcome water at least! So I would not come here for the second time, unless the property holder would pay a bit of attention to the quality of the service!

We recommend Adora Complex for several reasons: the location is very nice. We felt comfortable. The food was very good. We enjoy it every day. And the people were exceptional and all the time willing to help! Take some days to recharge at Adora Complex!
