We booked the 2 apartments in September (the end of the season) and we got "upgraded" to another accomodation in the central part of the pedestrian street. The other place was good but also outdated, my comments are very similar to this offer.

“Good location, nice beach”
The house was clean. The location us perfect, 5 min from the beach. Sunbed included plus one stool. You have to choose one beach, you cannot swithch beaches. Nearby dog beach very clean and tidy. The beach is open till 19 but you can stay longer. Water pretty clean, but not the cleanest. Bar at the beach. Good prices fir sabdwich or cofee at beach. We liked one restaurant 2 Fratelli. Good food. Air conditionrd in every room working. We had a gas problem with the stove wihch was resolverd very very quickly.
