- required to pay a security deposit which turned out to be a cleaning deposit which they would keep if the apartment was not left spotless, even though they did not give us the required equipment to clean - the common areas and especially the hallways were extremely dirty - the ventilation vents were covered in mould so the air blowing through them is not safe/healthy to breathe - the ventilation did very little to reduce the heat/humidity in the apartment so it was necessary to leave the doors open at night for fresh air, this was problematic since the hotel is situated next to a main road - almost none of the basic provisions you would expect to be provided were and only 1 toilet paper was given for 4 nights

I loved this stay and would definitely stay here again. It was clean, spacious comfortable and with great kitchen amenities. The wifi was really good which was great for me as I was working online every morning. The team working there were polite, friendly and helpful and I couldn't believe all of the amenities included; indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a small gym. I loved it and have already been telling everyone I know about it.

“From the outside a 4-start apartment hotel, from the inside hostel-style accommodation”

From the outside, it looked like a nice 4-star apartment hotel. Once we entered, we got the feeling that guests were not very welcome here. We were immediately handed a sheet with instructions of how to clean the hotel room after our 1-night stay. The instructions also asked guest to make an appointment with staff for an inspection of the room. It has never ever happened to us before that we had to clean my own hotel room! We also had to strip the beds, which is not a nice experience in a hotel. This should be made very clear at the time of booking. The apartment itself was rather basic (particularly for the price we paid) but okay for a 1-night stay. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning, which you would expect to find in a 4-star hotel in the south of France.
