Offered a cheap upgrade on arrival, had a beautiful (huge) rooftop terrace. Room was in good condition, bathroom had double showers and good amenities/soaps.

Hotel de Silhouette is located in central Biarritz. Nearby is the Halles de Biarritz which is worthy of a visit. Within a few minutes walk of the hotel are a number of top class restaurants. A 10 minute walk and your down by the sea. A must visit is the old harbour

“Exceptionnal staff and location”
The design and vibe are fantastic, but the real highlight is the staff, they’re all absolutely lovely! Special thanks to the Spanish night auditor and the amazing barmaid who made our cocktails on Friday night and then looked after us again for breakfast on Saturday and dinner that evening, she’s truly a gem. Also, a big shoutout to the young man who helped us with our car and luggage on Friday and Sunday. Overall, the most outstanding part of this hotel is the team itself. 200/100, simply exceptional! “very enjoyable”
staff very helpful, delightful gardens associated with hotel, excellent location in centre and close to the sea front. understood there was a restaurant available but didn't seem to be open on the night we stayed, this is a recurring problem with Booking.com where restaurants are noted as being available but when you get there are often not open or closed for refurbishment or whatever. more a web site issue i think?

Very stylish hotel in an excellent location near Les Halles. A warm social vibe and a charming garden. very helpful staff. Room was large, comfortable and chic with the best shower room of our trip. Also good to have private parking on site.
