A very rare opportunity to stay in a super clean house with a big private room and with a private toilette and at the same time to be served with extraordinary hospitality, kindness, delicious breakfast and very nice neighbours. Definitely recommend!

Really cozy and nice place. Good breakfast, hot shower, warm room. Nice and friendly host. Close to the ski-bus stop (but really doesn’t matter, because for sure you will not be so lucky to get on ski-buses in the morning - they are always extremely overcrowded). In other hand the hotel is around 20 mins on feet from the main ski-resort. This walk should not be a big deal for those who plan to ski the whole day 😁 Just one option for supper - a pizzeria in 30 meters. Not a top-quality but enough for not to stay hungry. In general everything was good.

“Incredible Host in a Comfy Stay”

The host was incredible. She is so kind, sweet and made us feel incredibly welcome. She went out of her way to help us. The room was much nicer and bigger than the photos. Very comfortable. The ski bus was not running but we enjoyed the 2.5km walk to the Ski Resort. It’s a lovely town to walk through and safe.

I really had a great time here. The welcome was very warm in the well-maintained beautiful villa, which immediately made me feel at ease. The owner is very sympathetic and extremely helpful. Communication is also one of her strong points. The location is very good and is a perfect starting point for trips in the Tatra Mountains. Down the street there is a bus stop that takes you to Zakopane and the Flixbus stop is about a 25 minute walk. A local small supermarket and the larger Biedronka are also within walking distance. Add to this a restaurant around the corner and you have a super location. The room is very clean and very nicely finished. Inside there is a water cooker and a table with comfortable chairs. The shower is very nice to use and the bed is of very good quality. I slept really well in that bed. The WiFi connection was also good in the room and there were more than enough facilities for a top stay. For example, a shared refrigerator, microwave and a cooking plate could be used. The cleaning lady was also very sympathetic and helpful. Finally, I would like to mention that there is a small sauna inside and outside a small football playground and a trampoline for children.

The friendliness of the owner, family atmosphere

It had its unique friendly/family atmosphere. Rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious with a great combination of different foods.

We had a different check-in time, but the lovely owner helped us do it after we arrived, which saved us snowboarding time. The food was 10/10, definitely the best breakfast before skiing/snowboarding. The heating in the room was really good and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
