Facilities for children eg table football, air hockey, table tennis, pool and a two lane ten pin bowling alley plus bar in the basement! Excellent breakfast and restaurant for evening meals Lovely helpful staff :)

Staff were great, especially the reception and restaurant staff, nothing was too much trouble. The Bania Ski and Therma Baths were easily walkable from the hotel.

Great comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast, staff speaks English and they went the extra mile to accommodate a late checkin. Room was an apartment , incredibly spacious, warm and beds super comfy. Can only recommend it!

The room was spacious and clean. The classic continental breakfast was tasty and varied enough.

We were dissatisfied with the overall experience at this hotel, and it left an unpleasant impression. The room met the standard of a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was quite decent with a variety of cheeses, tasty pancakes, and juice.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, not too far from the slopes (about 10-15 mins), We used the sauna and jacuzzi tub, and also had a drink in the hotel bar. All good. Very pleasant and helpful front desk.

The hotel is good, very clean room, warm, quite place, breakfast is very tasty, there was everting we need on the breakfast. The location of the hotel is 10-12 min on foot from Kotelnica ski center. There are many other hotels which are closure to ski, but they are more expensive. There is spa center with sauna in the hotel but you need to book it. Unfortunately we didn't succeed to reserve sauna ,we tryed every morning but it was full every time. It is very sad, and I think it is not fair that one group of people or the same rooms had an opportunity to go their and my family is not. This system of booking sauna must be replaced! The second disadvantage-is poor knowledge of English of the staff. There were 2 days that a girl on reception didn't understand us. One day we told her that our toilet is broken ( the system of water in the wall) and we didn't receive any help at all! The girl on reception promised us that she will call to somebody !!!! And maybe they will come tomorrow to fix it. This is not competent answer , it means that in the hotel there is no staff that could give professional support and help and even solve the problem.

Perfect location, super nice and helpful staff. The hotel has a convenient parking and nice backyard. Breakfast is good and it fulfills 3* standard.
