The hotel was of a high standard for the price. We had a fresh breakfast every morning, the choices are largely Polish cuisine but plenty of options for younger guests. The Pool and Steam and Sauna facilities were superb, not too busy even after a day on the slopes. Our room was a triple and perfectly adequate for a 4 night stay. The bar area was inviting with a warm friendly atmosphere, with two pool tables (free) a few games dotted around for kids and adults. The location was a 8-10min walk from the slopes. You can hire lockers at the resort base for the duration of your stay for £10 a day - saves carrying equipment/long walks in ski boots. Definitely recommend.

It would be great if breakfast service was earlier from 7am...early morning starts meant we missed out.

Wry good location for skiing

Hitel Bystra was very clean excellent location and the pool sauna jacuzzi was brilliant. Really enjoyed our stay 10 out if 10. Breakfast also good something for everyone.

Perfect location close to the ski lifts and to the Main Street for food and shops. Breakfast was ideal many different options. Spa facilities were lovely

“Great stay with children, highly recommended”

We really enjoyed our time in Hotel Bystra and think it’s one of the best choices in Białka Tatrzańska. A big plus is that the building is made of stone rather than wood, so the soundproofing between rooms is actually good and you don't hear the neighbors. The hotel has a lift, a nice bar, and a solid SPA area. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, and there’s a playroom which is handy if you have kids. The location is very convenient: just a 5-minute walk to Terma Bania down a straightforward path. The staff were friendly, and the check-in/check-out times were reasonable and didn't feel rushed. Overall, a very comfortable stay with children.

Hotel has a great lication- swimming pools, Spa, kids playing area and "pub" are bonus👍 Very friendly staff. Food is yummy😋

Great location for skiing and eating out in the town. Spa facilities were brilliant, breakfast was good. Warm and cosy to come back to after a day on slopes. Room was huge! We were really impressed with the space as a family of 4. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel is clean and the wellness is probably one of the best I have ever seen. Breakfast was fantastic. It was served untill 10:00, but it was 9:45 and the crew has still added fresh food on the table. Absolutely great attitude. Clean room and nice bathrooms.
