We had a wonderful time during our New Year's break. The standard of the hotel was exceptional, the beds were comfortable. The SPA was family friendly, spotless and not too busy, providing ideal relaxation after a day of skiing. The staff vere extremely helpful and friendly. We got our two rooms beside each other, as requested. There was a hotel "bar", however it was not open late during the new years eve. That is the only disappointment we experienced. The breakfast buffet consisted of traditional polish food, that was fresh and tasty. A toster would have been a welcome addition. The hotel is located between Kaniówka and Remieszów ski stations, we found going to Kotelnica to be a bit out of the way... skibus stops directly opposite the hotel, but the timetable is not reliable in the afternoon. We didn't not have a car, therefore we found going to the slopes a bit of a hassle. To summarise Chramiec is a fantastic hotel, but a bit out of the way, if skiing is your priority.

The place is a gem. It's beautifully designed for this class of a hotel. It's clean and lovely. And breakfast is just delicious.

Love the place. location was perfect as very close to bialka ski resort. Friendly and helpful staff. The children enjoyed the little playground outside. We will most likely come back.

Very friendly staff, good size room and bathroom, excellent breakfast, wide variety of food and different every day. Ski room came in handy for drying out the skis and ski shoes in the locker. Ski centers and thermal bath within 5km. The pub/restaurant across the road belongs to the same owners and you get a discount there as well. Overall a great experience!

The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with something for everyone. We especially appreciated the availability of coffee and homemade cakes throughout the day – a fantastic idea! Additional advantages include a dedicated ski drying room for each room, the opportunity to play billiards, and access to a small spa. Hotel guests are also entitled to a 10% discount at a nearby tavern with the same name, where the food is excellent and reasonably priced for "mountain-style" dining.

The hotel and staff are exceptional! The building and facilities are beautiful, the design has been well thought out, everything that's required is available! The staff go the extra mile to make your stay more enjoyable and pleasant. They even made us breakfast to go the night before as we were leaving very early in the morning.

Breakfast had a really wiiiiide variety especially cold options not much options for hot items and also towards like the last hour not much of replenishing - thats what we observed.I also really appreciated the kids play area, my 3 year old loved it!On the other hand myself and husband enjoyed playing biliard :)

The hotel was very beautifully decorated for the new year celebration. We liked the jacuzzi and sauna. The ski bus station was very close.

Very well maintained facilities and a very nice SPA area with 3 types of saunas and a large jacuzzi

Ratio between price and quality of accommodation was very good. Room was fine, breakfast was very good, opportunity for guests to take something little sweet with coffee untill 04.00 PM is lovely. Wellness seemed to be too little for the amount of guests, but that is only about timing. Moreover there was an offer to hire wellness privately for a reasonable rate per hour. I personally do appreciate the fact that most of the time I did not know about the staff of the hotel but when we needed some information there was no problem to get it.
