*Great location, few minutes from railway station (5€ Bolt)and city centre (5min walk) . *Staff very friendly and accommodating. *Pierogi and other local great food in the restaurant *Massage chair on 2nd floor.

Great location! It was really clean, i got a good sleep in there. People working in there were quite friendly. And breakfast was really great.

The hotel is perfectly located for the town centre but having been now on several occasions, it is the warm welcome from the staff that is the jewel in the crown. Without exception, from checking in to checking out, the staff are friendly, helpful and always courteous and the food in the restaurant (both breakfast and evening meals) are most enjoyable.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough. This time travelling with elderly mum and we received such a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I simply can't praise them enough; nothing was too much trouble. From reception to house-keeping and in the restaurant, they were first-class and most definitely the jewel in Hotel Capitol's Crown. Given that we don't speak any Polish, apart from good morning and thank you, the staff were absolutely brilliant and most helpful with anything we asked for. The breakfast and evening meal were exceptional and in all honesty, this hotel would always be my first choice when visiting Biala Podlaska.

We stayed in the apartment. The bed was soo comfortable, great and clean air con, tasty breakfast. Fantastic place to stay and staff absolutely amazing and very helpful .

Given that we don't speak the native language of Polish, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and included in the price and the location of the hotel was very close to the town, which was very useful given that our stay was during the winter.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to the castle. It was about ˜12 min walking distance to the Belarussian embassy and ˜30 min walking distance from the train station. The room was very clean and what is more important - not smelling of cigarettes. Breakfast was simple but tasty
